The CAM department prepares in connection with the production technology and customer requirements programs for CNC machining. They select the optimal machining strategy in terms of accuracy of the work-piece, surface quality, length of machining time, etc. We work with the Powermill software from Delcam.

We run PUR casting department CANNON for PUR polyol and isocyanate blend. Molds are supplied included foamed samples. This enables the functional test of the mold and the delivery of validated tool for use directly on a serial line.

We manufacture castings made of aluminum, steel and cast iron weighting up to approx. 20 tons by sand casting, for the evaporable polystyrene pattern or by casting to Sand Print molds. In our own aluminum foundry we provide piece and small batch production of 0,5-500 kg parts.

Products are measured on a coordinate measuring machine ZEISS Carmet with the Calypso software and Holos with size limitations of the body of the car. We are preparing the optical measurement technology without dimensional restrictions of the measured part.

We operate two electroerosion machines to perform sparkling of dividing planes of patterns. Limit workpiece dimensions are approximately 2,000 x 1,000 x 600 mm. We make copper or graphite electrodes.

In our own paint shop we paint tools and other manufactured parts according to customer requirements - from solvent paints to special painting of data control patterns and design mockups; special finishing, powder coatings, special coatings, catoforesis etc.

On the injection molding machine Engel Victory 350 we produce plastic parts at the level of the samples, prototype parts and small series of parts. We are able to inject ABS, PA, PC, PE, PET, PP, PS, PVC, TPE respectively other plastics.

The team of project managers manages a purchase order from the moment of the allocation to the moment of the commissioning. If necessary they participate in the inquiry proceedings or the start of the production until the tool delivery.
